There is no weight that a child "should" weigh. Their bodies are still growing.
So long as the child eats a healthy balanced diet that isn't high in fats and sugars they should be fine. If you're worried that your child is overweight then take them to a doctor for a diagnosis but to be honest whatever they weigh today it will probably change by next month without any change to their diet.
