You first notice blurred speech, difficulty walking, and irrational (and often hostile) statements and behavior; then vomitting and/or unconsciousness, and a more serious alcohol overdose causes liver failure, which can be seen from the yellow skin color (jaundice) which results.
Lethargy, slow pulse and respiration are common symptoms. If in doubt, obtain immediate medical help.
