Male Guinea Fowl can be called both a 'Cock' or a 'Rooster'
A male chicken is called a rooster, cockerel and cock.
A father fowl is called a rooster or a cockerel.
Hen: male is a cock or cockeral. Duck: male is a drake. Goose: male is a Gander. Swan: male is a Cob.
A female crow is called a hen. This is similar to that of other birds too. A male crow is called a cock.
Neither male ducks are called "drakes", female ducks are simply called "ducks"

The Greek goddess Artemis was not male. Goddesses were female. If you are talking about Artemis Fowl from the book series, then yes, Artemis Fowl is male.
A really dumb rooster :-)
Artemis' father is also called Artemis, unless you mean with poultry and then they can be called anything from "rooster" to "male bird"
if you went up to one and called it anything other than just "turkey" it think itd be strange so yes: "turkey" My uncle owned a turkey farm in the 1950s and he told us that a neutered male turkey is referred to as a hokie.
Depends on the kind of fowl. A female chicken is called a "chicken" or a "hen". A female mallard is called a "mallard", a "hen" or a "hen mallard". A female turkey is called a "hen", a "turkey" or a "turkey hen". Generally, a female of any sort of fowl may be called a "hen" other than young chicken females, who are called "pullets".
