A nice person is somebody who:

Doesn't fight

Doesn't lie

Doesn't exclude/bully certain individuals

Doesn't set out to hurt/upset anybody

Doesn't harm animals

Likes to help others

Loves their family

Treats everyone equally

I know it seems alot but anyone can change. If your wanting to become a nice person you can if you try. Really, if what your doing isn't illegal and won't hurt anybody else, you can do whatever you want...I hope this helped.

The question cannot be answered without an examination of the megs of the society they live in.In general a nice person conforms to the positions and interactions seen, in their society's view, as being positive. This could include:

• being the right race
  
• being rich enough
  
• eats the right food
• speaking with the right language
  
• being from a proper family
  
• being of right national origin
  
• associating only with the right people
  

In extreme societies a nice person:

• turns in friends, relatives or others who oppose the government
  
• dresses in the proper coloured cloths for the day
  
• kills or abandons their malformed children or children of the wrong sex
  
• has only the number of children appropriate to government instructions
• joins the military
