This is an odd question. Anything that ISN'T mitochondria is a NON-example. So, stones and rocks are not mitochondria.

Odd question right? First if you think of mitochondria it's part of a membrane-bound organelle, found in cytoplasm; and of almost all eukaryotic cell. So a non example of mitochondria would be: "The number of mitochondria per cell varies widely; for example, in humans, erythrocytes (red blood cells) do not contain any mitochondria, whereas liver cells and muscle cells may contain hundreds or even thousands. The only eukaryotic organism known to lack mitochondria is the oxymonad Monocercomonoides species."

What is a non-example of a chloroplast is anything that isn't one. That leaves everything in the universe except a chloroplast so name just about anything and your chances are very good you will be right.

A chloroplast is an organelle found in plant cells and is responsible for photosynthesis. There are a number of similar organelles in plant cells and includes chromoplasts responsible for colour and leucoplasts responsible for storage. These organelles are similar to prokaryotic organisms (bacteria) and have their own DNA similar to prokaryotes. The interesting thing is, they all have the same DNA and can change functions. If there is plenty of sunlight, some of the chromoplasts might change into chloroplasts to take advantage.

The presence of these organelles is one of the ways we separate plants from animals. There is also another organelle common to both plants and animals called mitochondria (usually always plural because every cell has many of them). These also have their own DNA separate from the cell nucleus but also with prokaryotic similarities. It is a different genome though to the plastids (chloroplasts, chromoplasts etc.).

Table is not a mitochondria, so it is a non-example. This is a weird question.
