What is an awesome job?

Actually this answer would have to be an opinion. In my case a great job for a teenager would be working a grocery store since your only wanting to make money. Like Publix or something you can make easy money. If your looking for a real job try an intership where you can get payed, as long as your over 18. But let it be something you enjoy doing!

Good job is the you like the most. If there is anything you will do as many hours as you can even if no monetary compensation is done, that particular area is the one you like most. A job in that field utilizing all your resources is Good job and great for you and employer.

In my opinion, it's any job that involves something you love to do and you get paid for it. For instance, I am a Trumpet player (among other things). I get paid to play the trumpet. It doesn't get much better than that.

the perfect job is the one that brings the most enjoyment to the worker, despite the income (though that does make for a great perk)
