Assuming you mean "high" as in "large or extreme" ("high temperature", "high value"), you have several choices: Hyper- (popular in Medicine, for example "hyperkalaemia" is a high level of potassium in the blood) Super/supra- (tends to be used comparatively - something that is higher than something else - "supermodel" being one up from a "model", or "supraorbital ridge" being the ridge of bone that is above the orbit (eye socket)). Ultra- (tends to indicate something at the maximum degree - "ultra-fast" would mean something like "in the fastest category", not necessarily the very fastest but certainly in the same category as the very fastest.) There are also several prefixes used in the SI system of units - kilo, mega, tera, etc. - which are ways of indicating a large or high value. If you meant "high" as in "at a great height above the ground", I'm not sure I can think of a prefix for that! "Acro-" as in "acrophobia", fear of heights? "Aero-?"
