A nurse who is required to wear a skirt or dress uniform (rather than slacks) is performing her daily routines of giving medicines, caring for patients, and writing nurse's notes in patient charts. As she is standing at the desk reviewing doctor's orders, an orderly uses an empty wrapping paper roll to lift her skirt from behind. When she quickly turns around, he lowers the roll so no one else has seen his harassing actions.

Harassment at the workplace is often similar to bullying at school. It can involve off-color jokes, jokes at someone else's personal expense, humiliating actions or "joking", physical intrusion (such as "accidentally" entering a women's bathroom, or "accidentally" brushing up against a female's breasts or behind), or actual physical / sexual touching.
