A reflection in writing is reflecting on the writing piece. how you feel. how it related to you. what you thought. you're feelingsand emotions.

Example: Today I was in the cafeteria and I was walking in front of my crush, then some kid threw a banana peel on the ground, which then of course, I accidentally stepped on, then I slipped and came tumbling down on the floor, right in front of my crush.

Now reflect on this. How did you feel after reading it? Did you feel embarrassed for this person? Did youthink this writing piece was funny, romantic, or horrible? Have you ever done something like this that canrelate to the writing piece? So basically a reflection is how you feel.
