Beastly by Alex flinn is a bout a boy who is very mean and says that people that are good looking live a better and easier life. a witch sees that he has to be proven wrong so she puts a spell on him making him look like a horrifying beast. he has until all the petals fall of of a special rose (which is two years) to find love. he doesn't want to go in public so his father buys him a blind tutor. one day a man tries to break in but he stops him and says he has to give him something or else he will call the cops. the man gives him his daughter. his daughter then stays in the house with the boy and after a long time of giving gifts she finally comes out of her room. once they start communicating and get to knot each other better, they fall in love. the curse is lifted and the boy returns to his normal self and they live happily ever after!
