I really wouldn't say that any phobia is stupid, since someone has to have it to be even recorded. I think everyone has at least one phobia, and they may not even know about it. You may think one's stupid, and find out later that you have it.

Whichever one you've got. Spiders, if you're having to throw your clothes out because there may have been spiders on them, or agraphobia, if you find you can't leave the house, or whatever is crippling you. If you can manage your phobia, it's not too bad. It depends on how extreme the fear is, and whether it can be curtailed at all.
