Brazilian Highlands
The Great Dividing Range, or the Eastern Highlands is located in Australia. It was discovered by Gregory Blaxland.
Brazil is a huge country and has many different types of landforms, including mountains. There is a large number of mountains taller than 2 km. Most of them are located along the coast in the Serra do Mar mountain range, but the tallest peaks are located in the Amazon. Brazilian tallest mountain is 'Pico da Neblina' with 2,994m.

Eastern Brazil has a much higher elevation. Western Brazil has almost no elevation, while some parts of Eastern Brazil have elevations of up to 7,000 feet. Actually overall yes eastern Brazil has high elevation spread out while weastern Brazil only has its mountain range.
