I would like to know how to take owner ship of a vehicle that has been abandoned. I can no longer locate the person who left if in my position. I would like to know if I can file a lien against the car.

The point being: civilization is imposed by megalomanic and egoistic few who wish to gain control over other people's lives and exploit their work. In order to emancipate from it, people should abandon their forms of existence that are destructive to planet, other species, other people and finally themselves.
