AGP:
(Accelerated Graphics Port) is a PCI-based interface that was designed specifically for demands of 3D graphics applications.
It is a high speed point-to-point channel for attaching a graphics card to a computer's motherboard, primarily to assist in the acceleration of 3D computer graphics.
Located on the motherboard, it is a dedicated high-speed port for moving large blocks of data between a PC graphics controller and the system memory.
This interface, firstly designed by Intel, is based on the 66 MHz PCI specification. AGP is geared towards data-intensive graphics cards, such as 3D accelerators; its design allows for data throughput at rates of 266 MB/sec.
Data transfer from AGP can also be at 8x speed.
PCX:
A high-speed peripheral interconnect introduced in 2002. Note that although abbreviated "PCX", PCI Express is not the same as "PCI".
PCI Express is a new interconnect technology designed to provide universal connectivity for use as a chip-to-chip and chip to adapter card interconnect. PCI Express will be the I/O architecture for everything from graphics adapters to Ethernet cards to TV tuners.
This is a faster version of pci and a smaller slot and is used for Graphics cards.
Data transfer from PCX can also be at 16x speed (double the AGP's)
In my opinion, as i have used both of them, if you prefer 'performance' of graphics, then you must choose PCX (PCI express) for this, but if you prefer 'quality' of graphics, then you must choose AGP for this.
Also the commercial prices for AGP cards are more expensive than PCX cards.
(e.g. 35 US$ difference.)

Execute
The Honda PCX.
there are only one card in agp . but there many types in agp example: 64 bit agp ,256 bit agp
Yes, AGP is completely backwards compatible.
Buy a motherboard with an AGP slot.
You can upgrade an AGP video card to any other AGP video card.
the acronym of AGP is Accelerated Graphics Port
No AGP is older and slower. AGP was superseded PCI Express in 2004.
An AGP card functions as the computer's graphics processor.
An AGP video card.
It twice as fast as Agp x8 and will ultimately replace AGP
An AGP card is a graphics or display card, which allows your computer to display an output on a monitor. AGP stands for Accelerated Graphics Port.
