The Fierce Deity Mask is without a doubt, the most powerful mask in the game. But unfortunately it can only be used during boss fights.
The bunny mask is generally used most outside of dungeons because it improves running speed. Its hard to say witch mask is the most powerful one because many masks are required for specific purposes.

∙ 12y agoDo you mean the transformation masks well if you do here they r first the Deku mask
you atomatically have it at the beginning you can hop on water and shoot bubbels fly
out of flowers Next is the Goron mask you be sronger and hard as a rock he cant get in
water or jump but he rolls very fast and you can run a lot of things over he is also
about 2 times stronger than link third is the zora mask this is a cool mask you can swim
and throw your fins like a bommerang he also has a forcefield type thing i guess this is
also a tranforming mask the giants mask makes you grow a lot but you only use it to
fight the stone tower boss Last but not least the best mask in the game is the fierce
Deity mask this mask makes link older and he has a new sword that shoots these laser
blasts it will be hard to beat the final boss without it
oh and link has the ocarina the deku has the pipes the goron has drums and the zora
has a guitar the other two don't have anything and if you havent beat the game you
should its my favorite game ever

It's not known whether a remake is in progress and whether it will be for the 3DS or Wii U; it is clear that Nintendo is aware of the demand for a remake of Majora's Mask, but it's not known whether they will comply to this. (See the attached related link.) Following the release of A Link Between Worlds, there is a reference to Majora's Mask, the reference being the same mask in question located at the shop, hanging on the wall. There is speculation that this is a hint towards a remake being in progress, but that's pure speculation at best. Only time will tell of a remake to the dark and strange world that is Termina. ;)
