While there is no official dictionary antonym for alchemy, alchemists did have a similar word. The term they used was "puffer". It generally referred to a fake alchemist, or an imposte. The opposite of alchemy, which is technically a dead (or no longer in practice by a large populace) science, is probably natural selection, decomposition, photosynthesis, or some kind of natural changing of elements (not necessarily elements like water, wood, air, etc, just elements like table of elements). makes sense, yes?
