The definition of a Forward Capital is "Symbolically relocated capital city, usually because of economic or strategic reasons. Sometimes used to integrate out lying parts of a country into the state." With that being said an example would be Brazil's capital, Brasilia, which was moved from the outside of the state to the center to minimize the amount of immigrants coming in to the city and getting jobs.

Hope that helped!
