The one I think would be the most simple would be :
"May the Almightly God bless you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
Or simply, "God bless you."

I believe that you are referring to the Preface.
The first thing that comes to mind of a prayer of praise is where you are thankful of what the Lord has given you, thankful for the food you eat, the life you have and so forth.
This type of prayer is called The Prayer of Praise and Worship. When you pray to God in this manner you are thanking Him for being God.

Biblical case claim more power in praise than in prayer? Praise is prayer, we cannot separate the two. Prayer can be many things. Praise, petition, thanksgiving,a plea for Divine assistance .
God is always immediately available by prayer, one form of which is praise of God.
A large part of Jewish prayer ... very possibly the majority of it ... consists of praise.
