What is an good IQ?

The answer to this question somehow depends on how you want to use your intellectual ability.

The average IQ for most people is 100. Below that, person might have difficulty in understanding more complex things and progression in life. According to the literatures, if a person wants to have good progression in academic field, he/she must have IQ above 100, for outstanding progression, IQ over 120 is needed.

But the fact is, IQ is something relative, it is not an absolute, unchangeable aspect in person. It also depends on the level of education and social environment and emotional status of a person.

One might have good intellectual ability in body performance; like sport and dancing, but not good in mental ability, like math or else.
