Most all colleges and universities today provide a way for their students to access courses previously taken. Some may identify it as an unofficial transcript while others may call it a counseling report. Either way, it will disclose all the courses the student enrolled in, the grade they received particular to the specified course and semester, the semester Grade Point Average (GPA) with Quality Points indicated, and the cumulative GPA with Quality Points indicated. As long as the student does not have a hold placed on them for non-payment of tuition, fines, dismissal, etc., they should be able to access the information necessary. For detailed information, the student should contact the Registrar's Office at the institution the courses were taken at.
