raw material bulk raw material
A compliant material is a material that conforms to regulations or even a building code. It is a material that has recognised, predictable and consistent properties. A material is a compliant material, if it conforms to a known performance criteria.
Raw Material just refers to a material that hasn't yet been processed or prepared.
Impermeable material is material that does not allow anything to penetrate it. An example of it is CLAY.
the material used is carbon wick material But now a days cotton material can be used
why is batching of aggregate by weight is preferable than batching by volume
method of batching
Batching is a process where multiple items are grouped together as a single unit. There are various methods of batching, such as time-based batching (performing similar tasks together during a specific time period), task-based batching (grouping similar tasks together), and quantity-based batching (processing a specific number of items at once to increase efficiency). Batching helps streamline workflows and improve productivity by reducing the time spent switching between tasks.

the materials of the concrete are divided into based upon their unit weights. The specific weights are to be known for this . it is different from volume batching

Concrete batching plant is a modern mechanical equipment that mixes materials evenly. Common types include fixed concrete batching and mobile concrete batching plant. If you want to buy a concrete mixing plant, remember to choose a strong manufacturer.for example :camelway.ph/concrete-batching-plant/
The measuring of the constituent materials for mortar or concrete by volume.

The reason for workers to prefer volume batching in general construction is that volume batching which involves measuring the volume of the ingredients (cement, coarse and fine aggregates, etc.) is easier, simpler and faster, whereas weigh batching involves tedious work- transporting the mixtures to weighing machines, weighing; if it exceeds the desired amount, it has to be unloaded etc. And moreover labourers at work sites are not technical and hence they tend to ignore complicated processes. If I am at work site I would do the same, though I'm an engineer.
As per ASTMC94/C94M clause-8 the permissible variation of concrete ingredients as follows- Cement and cement and mineral admixtures (or cementitious material)-0 to +4% Aggregates cumulative- +/- 3% Admixture and water- +/- 3%
