Raise beef cattle for the purpose of turning those animals into meat. "Beef farm" is a very generic term, as it can refer to beef cow-calf operations or feedlot operations (and everything else in between.)

A beef farm is a farm or ranch that involves raising beef cattle. The beef farm can involve one or more sectors of beef production: commercial cow-calf, seedstock or purebred cow-calf, backgrounding or stocker, or finishing feedlot.
