Their exhaust destroys some ozone, and consumes oxygen form which ozone is made. # reduce rockets into space. Their exhaust destroys some ozone. # subsidize the production / use of CFC replacements in third world countries. The bad stuff is still being made and used there, and this must stop too. # increase the oxygen producing plant life, and reduce the oxygen consuming fossil fuel combustion for propulsion / power. This increases oxygen, and decreases water vapor addition, which will add to the thickness of the ozone between us and UV sources such as our Sun.

- Reduce the use of CFC's .
