Air soft is better in that it is much more realistic, cheaper, and can be played in a larger variety of environments (you can exactly play paint ball in your neighborhood, can you?). However, paint ball allows for fairer game play. This can be solved by buying paint ball BB's (paint balls in BB form) which are more expensive but less expensive then real paint balls.
Basically, air soft is better if you are playing with honest friends or you don't have a paint ball arena in your backyard, but if you're playing with large teams or for competition and you have the money, paint ball is the way to go.
This is more of an opinion question, but i think paintball is more fun.
A paintball sniper rifle can shoot father.
You can't use airsoft masks for paintball but YOU CAN use paintball masks for airsoft
Depends paintball is more upfront action. Airsoft is more strategical. So it depends on you. It really depends on what you like. I personally like paintball a little bit more than Airsoft. I also like Airsoft though because it's fun to go out with your friends and just play.
Paintball gun. You can see where you hit your target. I disagree, if you are looking for a more realistic looking weopon then use an airsoft gun
Paintball hurts MUCH more than airsoft. The reason that Paintball hurts more than Airsoft is because the speed of the paintball is faster and the mass is also larger. Take an Airsoft BB and a paintball and look at the difference in size. Now, when you figure that Paintball markers have much greater speed than an Airsoft gun, you will find that Paintball will and should hurt more.
Paintball padding can be used to airsoft armor.
If a military is not using simunitions, they use paintball. The negative feedback of getting hit and it showing along with the ability to use powder or water rounds make it a much better option than airsoft.
Yes, in fact it is better to bring a paintball mask because of the large lens and additional face protection. Paintball masks are near impossible to break with air soft, because they are designed to take paintballs, which have much more force than an airsoft pellet. However an airsoft mask will shatter if it is hit by paintballs.
Airsoft uses a plastic pellet. Paintball uses a ball field with paint.
Airsoft just surpassed paintball in popularity.
No, paintball is more commonly known and is more popular. The last person was correct but I'll give a more detailed answer. Paintball is more popular than Airsoft but more young kids play Airsoft because it's not as dangerous. Paintball players normally start at around 13 while Airsoft players normally start around 11. Airsoft is something that you can do in the back yard, while Paintball is something you normally need to go to a place that hosts Paintball games for.
airsoft is more fun played both airsoft is more realistic
Certified psp paintball bunkers
no, airsoft bbs are too small.
it really depends to you. airsoft is cheaper, hurts less, and the guns are more realistic, theres some that dont need any power source, and some can be electric only powered. all paintball guns are spring or gas powered. so, you choose.
Kind of a vague question... Do you mean which one would win in a battle? Or which sport is better? A 100$ paintball gun would win over a 100$ airsoft gun. Which sport is better is more of an opinion, i prefer airsoft guns because the proper ones are more reliable and won't end up breaking in a month. and paint ball is not as fun
No, a .68 paintball is several times larger than an airsoft pellet. There are "paintball" airsoft pellets, but they only work on low powered spring guns and have a very small splat mark.
Yes, there are many places that are either exclusive airsoft fields or have an airsoft day at paintball fields.
There are a lot of paintball gun styles, often they are just Tippmann A5's with custom shrouds. In AirSoft however, they create replica guns designed for AirSoft, which is very similar to Paintball.
there is the Phoenix tactical on groesbeck. it is paintball airsoft and lazertag!!!!!
No. Only airsoft (or paintball) specific full seal eye wear is allowed.
No. Paintball barrels are .68 caliber and have relatively huge threads compared to airsoft guns. Not only would they not fit, they would not work due to the large space between the barrel and the airsoft pellet.
