you might need to remove the black air ducting on the inside, and the glove box area the heater core is behide the glove box ( be carefull not to break the black box that is the air duct and your a/c won't work if you do) I think it has two lines that run in to it you will have to work with it to get it out, it takes time and patience it will come out from the under of the glove box on the inside of the truck (I hope this helps you out)

Or,,,, try inside the glove box, small area to the left inside the glove box, there are others under the hood also on the passenger side near the front of the car under a small cover.

Basically the ecm has two screws. one on the inside on the glovecompartment and one under the hood. WHEN THE ECM IS REMOVED YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE UNDER THE HOOD FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CAR.
