Virgo is a constellation on the sky that comes after Leo and before Libra, one of the 12 major astrological constellations. It is given a 30 degrees range from the 360 degrees on the sky divided to 12 segments.

Caput Draconis literally means the head of the dragon in Latin, is an astrological phenomena rather than a celestial body itself. It is the north going node of the shadow of earth cast on the moon by the Sun light.

Virgo, being located between Leo and Libra is a wonderful constellation which signify the powers of Diplomatic Leadership and Material Wealth in balance, along with the Organized, Clean and Straight qualities of Virgo. Caput Draconis is the Wanning of Shadow cast on the earth and Rising of the Sun's Rays. Caput Draconis coming to Virgo is a wonderful auspicious time to start a matter concerning a country and development, (if not other planets are in any wrong place).

Many of the America's important building's corner stone was laid at a time when Caput Draconis was in Virgo.
