CCE is continuous comprehensive evaluation. It tests the skills of a child in such a way to give the correct picture of the talents of the child.A good teacher can comprehend a child in various fields helping him or her to improve upon certain spheres and also show them what they are best at.It is not target oriented but for the overall development acheivement of the child. In fact if this was in practice earlier ,it would have stopped TOM,DICK,&HARRY from also running the race as teachers.Implementing CCE is facing problems because of our TOM,DICK&HARRY existing as teachers.CCE needs inborn teachers & not the paper degree ones as per the rule book.Break the rules of appointing teachers and watch the wonders that those who don't come under the rule book perform.A gold medalist cannot always be a good teacher. It is the cycle rickshaw puller who can teach you pull a cycle rickshaw better than a PHD In physics practically.A cobbler can teach you to polish your shoes properly. The boy who plays gilla thanda will have an accurate aim.I hope it is easy to understand the pattern that is needed. The whole generation has to come out of the passive phase and go back to the active phase.
