Computer based training (CBT) is a method for training people based round computers.
Courses are prepared for on line access and may involve videos, documents and progress testing.
The advantage is that the training can be taken up by the student at any time without the need for direct supervision.
A good example of good, free CBT is that produced by the KHAN Academy (see link below), but in reality most Universities are also developing CBT courses some of which are free but most of which is charged for.

Yes and No. The Training can be done online. To take the exam, you can register online in the Prometric website. The test is computer based, but you would have to take it in any prometric center

A quick Google search for Fire Extinguisher Training turns up a ton of results. Finding computer-based (CBT) courses is a little trickier. Check with computer training center New Horizons. They offer computer based training across the United States.
Diversity training videos can be purchased online at many sites, one of which is ceus-r-ez.com. There are other local Tampa web addresses which may also have the videos you need, try www.c-psolutions.com or floridaitconsulting.com You can go to a CBT Planet and purchase Diversity Training videos. The Diversity CBT video contains instructor-led training videos for your computer in self-paced studying.

If you have money you can buy your own computer based training software. If you want to use another facilities software you can check out a technical school or a college. Sometimes libraries have them.
