Not by anyone who knows the facts. The only way to die from marijuana is lung cancer or other smoking-related diseases. Overdosing on marijuana is virtually impossible; the only marijuana overdose I have ever heard of was a 5 year-old girl who died after eating a pound (yes, a pound) of marijuana that her mother had baked into some brownies. Additionally, there are no drugs that are dangerous to take with marijuana, or interact badly with marijuana (at least, as far as I know).
Furthermore, marijuana is not physically addictive (that is, a round-the-clock user will not get sick if they suddenly quit, the way an alcoholic or a heroin addict will). It can be psychologically addictive, but so can almost every drug.
