Your question isn't very clear. Toilet must be leaking somewhere. Shut off valve, supply line, the seal between the tank and the bowl or the wax ring underneath the toilet. In warm weather, the tank can sweat if the water filling it is cold in high humidity. It pretty much has to be one of these places.

Neglect! Failure to change the coolant on a regular basis and failure to use Distilled water with the mix. using the wrong type of coolant there are different kinds make sure you get the right one for your engine

You are leaking (internally or external) the coolant. With out knowing the code that has set, it is impossible to say the cause of the light.
If the cork gaskets are not damaged then the engine block may be cracked. Check to see that the cork gaskets are indeed in place and not damaged.

There is no reason to change the water pump, unless it is leaking engine coolant. If you have a overheating problem then it is something else that's wrong, Thermostat, stoped up radiator. Bad fan clutch. These are a few things you can check.
yes sounds like the bolts were put into wrong places.bolts on water pum are different lengths and can do serious damage if installed in wrong place
