Transform plate boundaries
In plate tectonics, a convergent boundary or convergent plate boundary, also known as a destructive plate boundary (because of subduction), is an actively deforming region where two (or more) tectonic plates or fragments of lithosphere move toward one another and collide. As a result of pressure and friction and plate material melting in the mantle, earthquakes and volcanoes are common near convergent boundaries.
When two plates move toward one another, they form either a subduction zone or a continental collision. This depends on the nature of the plates involved. In a subduction zone, the subducting plate, which is normally a plate with oceanic crust, moves beneath the other plate, which can be made of either oceanic or continental crust. During collisions between two continental plates, large mountain ranges, such as the Himalayas are formed.
its when two plates move toward each other :) :) :) and if u can help me i was been scammed in smallworlds by HELLO MAN THE 44TH he scamed my bmx blue one please help me to get it back my name is hamandalynoon in smallworlds
It is a two plates that are crashing in to each others is how earthquake start.
When two plates move together damaging both of the plates causing a large earthquake.
A destructive plate boundary :)
The San Andreas fault -- the boundary between the Pacific and North American plates
Yes it is on a plate boundry, it is formed by the subducting plates of the African Plate and The Eurasian Plate.
It's called destructive plate margin/boundary, or convergent plate margin though this term applies to all plate margins where two plates are moving towards each other (such as continental + continental or oceanic + oceanic).
it is on a convergent plate boundry
A destructive plate boundary :)
No, it was a destructive plate boundry. :)

It is a destructive boundry, when the plate sticks tention builds up when the two plates unstick there is massive shockwave.
this is when one made up of continental crust and one made up of oceanic crust move towards eachother.
-divergent boundry -convergent boundry -transforming boundry
A convergent boundry is creating the shiveluch volcano in Russia. The Eurasian plate collides with the Pacific plate
The Nubian/African boundry and the Somalian boundry
plate boundry has four different parts. # conservative boundary. # constructive boundary. # destructive boundary. # collision boundary.
It's called destructive plate margin/boundary, or convergent plate margin though this term applies to all plate margins where two plates are moving towards each other (such as continental + continental or oceanic + oceanic).
