The question should not be if He can, but if he will; anything is possible for God. God has many ways of talking to mankind including the songs of birds, the shining of the sun, the smile of a baby, the rain, etc... However, He will use dreams occasionally too!
Prophecy says in Joel 2:28 (KJV):
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
In times past God spoke people through dreams and He can and will continue to do so. But it is important to know what kinds of things he will and will not say. This can be done by learning his character through the study of Scriptures. Be wise and never give up!
When you dream of Jesus, it is a supposed to be a dream from God. Hence, the devil can never appear in the dream. But if you say you've seen Jesus and a demon in the same dream, it wasn't a dream from God, it was from Satan to trick you in believing it was Jesus, because the presence of demons is to lead you astray, and a true dream from God is free from distortion.
Dream on.
He talked about how to worship god and get into heaven
So they can talk with God or Jesus
you can talk to god by praying and if you realy want to talk to him try to ask him to come in your dream and that's only if you believe trust and are respectful to him and his son and loyal to them
This is a very difficult question and I highly recommend you talk to a pastor. There is a trinity. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is Jesus.

In the Bible, God spoke to Noah directly, not through a dream. God communicated His instructions for building the ark and saving Noah's family from the impending flood by speaking to Noah directly.
AnswerThe Bible says that God warned the magi, or 'kings', in a dream not to return to Herod. As to whether God told the magi, in a dream, to go to Judea, we can make whatever suppositions we wish. John Shelby Spong (A Bishop Rethinks the Birth of Jesus) says that among people he knows in New Testament circles, the universal assumption is that the magiwere not actual people. Matthew was writing Christian midrash.
Mary was the Holy Mother of Jesus. She was declared by an angel of God. That angel came to her in a dream and declared she would be the Mother of Jesus.
