because it is just healing from when it got pierced
There will be slight scabbing as the skin regenerates to heal the wound
I had a burn on my forehead and there is no way I would let it scab then scar. I found that sudo creme stopped it from scabbing which led to no scar! Try it!

Yes. It can cause an infection.
Until it heals properly with no sign of scabbing over.
A fungus infection behind the ear can lead to itching that leads to scratching that leads to breaking of the skin, which can lead to scabbing. Also, deer flies -- called green-head flies in some places -- often bite behind the ears of sleeping individuals. They can actually draw blood. Dried blood and scabbing often result from the bites.
if your touching up or starting a new one... touch ups are whenever the scabbing clears up starting fresh is whenever you want ...
Yes, electronic is an adjective.
You can expect scabbing to start 2-5 days after your tattoo. Don't panic when ink seems to be flaking off in the scab- this is part of the healing process, and does not affect your tattoo most of the time. It is really important to not pick at the scabbing as your tattoo heals, this can distort the tattoo, and will require touch-ups. Gently apply a scant amount of scent free moisturizer once or twice a day. When you shower, pat dry your tattoo. Scabbing should be almost completely done in 5-7 days, but sometimes you'll still find scabbed tissue- again, don't pick at it, just let it fall off naturally.
