Ezio was 17 at the start of Assassin's Creed II in 1476. It ended in 1499, making Ezio 40. In AC III, the gameplay went to 1507 (which now makes him 48). In Revelations, the farthest I can tell that the gameplay went was 1511.

In all, this would make Ezio's current age 52.

He is 52 in the beginning. And he dies at 60. Look at it this way, the reason why he looks so old is because he has been through a lot in his life. Just remember AC2 and Brotherhood. Yikes.

I worked it out, not his exact age but I can give you an idea. In Assassin's Creed II, when Ezio's father and brothers died, he was 17 years old. In Assassin's Creed: Embers, Ezio is much older than in Revelations.

During Embers, Ezio goes back to where his family was hung and says that it happened 41 years ago. Meaning that in Embers, Ezio is 59. So judging by the fact that he is much younger in Revelations, I would say that in Revelations Ezio is around his mid 40's to early 50's.
