First you shout for help. Then you see that patient do not hurt himself by any sort of movement. For this either remove the patient or the pointed and hard objects, away from patient. Then you turn the patient on one side. So that, if he happen to vomit, he should not kill himself by aspirating the containt of vomiting. Then you watch for his respiration. If he does not take respiration of his own, then you extend his neck, lift the jaw and give him mouth to mouth breathing. Then you watch his pulse. If it is absent, then you press his chest periodically to produce the pulse. For all this you need little training.
