no
you got a gas line leaking. get it checked soon
No two different systems, two very different fluids.
If I were you I would just replace the fuel filter if it is cloged.
Yes, it does. Especially in very cold or warm climates.
The gas line antifreeze will not thaw the lines out ,a person will have to place the vehicle in a situation where the car will warm up to a point that the ice melts on its own . the dry gas is only a preventive item .
YES !
No!!!! Regular Anti-Freeze is not a combustible liquid! Gasoline already has a "gas line anti-freeze" added to it in cold climates. In extremely cold areas, one small bottle of "gas line Anti-freeze" purchased at an Auto Parts store will help.
Have you tried using gas line antifreeze? That will help to remove some of the water in the gas. The best way to make certain all the water is out of the tank is to siphon the gas out, let the tank air out and re-fill the tank with gas from a station you know does not have water in the gas.
There are two real ways: 1st my favorite way, Drag the car into a heated garage overnight. Pour 1/2 gallon or 2 liters of gas line antifreeze into the tank and hope that cures the problem. 2nd Pour 1/2 gallon of gas line antifreeze into the gas tank wait an hour and pray. If the car wont start come back in 1/2 an hourr and try again. If it still wont start you have to follow proceedure #1
You have a mess.
On both the gas and diesel engines they use DEX-COOL antifreeze mixed with distilled water..........
