I think it should be "sink". It is usually a conductive material with large heat capacity that is in contact with a component producing heat during the components operation and is used to dissipate the heat generated by the component which otherwise (if left to increase in operating temperature) may malfunction or be destroyed.

∙ 10y agoA heat sink is a passive cooling system that helps dissipate heat generated by electronic devices. It usually consists of metal fins or plates that absorb and transfer heat away from the device, promoting thermal regulation and preventing overheating. Heat sinks are commonly used in computers, LED lights, and other devices that generate heat.
When heat is added, it is called heat absorption or heat gain. When heat is subtracted, it is called heat release or heat loss.
Searing heat: very intense or extreme heat. Blistering heat: scorching or searing heat. Sweltering heat: oppressive and suffocating heat. Radiant heat: heat transmitted through electromagnetic waves.
No, heat rejection and heat dissipation are not the same. Heat rejection refers to the process of transferring heat from one place to another, such as releasing heat from a system into the surroundings. Heat dissipation, on the other hand, is the dispersion of heat within a system to lower its temperature.
Not exactly. Heat transfer refers to the movement of heat from one object to another due to a temperature difference, while heat transformation involves converting heat energy into another form of energy, such as mechanical or electrical energy. Heat transfer is about the movement of heat, while heat transformation is about changing the form of heat energy.
The two states of heat are latent heat and sensible heat. Latent heat is the heat absorbed or released during a change of phase, such as melting or boiling. Sensible heat is the heat exchange that causes a change in temperature without a change in phase.
There is no such thing as a "heat sync". There is such a thing as a "heat sink", this is a piece of finned metal that is a good conductor that is placed into thermal contact with the CPU or GPU chip to take away the heat produced by the chip when in operation to prevent it overheating.

you need itunes, and sync it on itunes (it says sync ) at the bottom right
The brain of a computer is the CPU (central processing unit)
you can not reverse the sync
In iTunes, click on your Iphone and mark the box to sync addresses. At next sync it will sync. If you have a MobileMe subscription it can automatically sync over the air without user intervention.
Go into iTunes and click on your device. Then there will be a tab that says music and check Sync All and then click sync at the bottom :)
The past tense of "sync" would be "synced".
hit the sync button on the wireless adapter and the sync button on the guitar
The duration of Out-of-Sync is 1.75 hours.
Out of Sync has 208 pages.
"Active Sync" is basicly the same thing as "Sync" or "Syncing". It means "downloading" in another word. What it means is, anything that you have downloaded for your ipod/iphone or phones etc, you have to sync it able to have it on your device. If you dont sync, it will not be on your device automatically but will be saved on your computer, so you can sync anytime when your ready.
