You mean HOLE in the block? Basically, a catastrophic failure of internal rotating parts. Another engine would usually be required.
Do you mean where on a car is a block heater install or who do you take the car to to install?
if you have equity in your home can the car company hold your money
You didn't specify size, but car block (I4, v6) usually have about 2-4L of fluid in them. About a gallon I guess.
The function of the engine block is to hold the important components such as the cylinders and the pistons. The engine block is where combustion of fuel takes place so that power can be generated.
You cracked the block.
it holds the gear that the car is in
A good clue would be water in the oil. That said, just because you do not have water in the oil, doesn't mean the block is not cracked. Have a good mechanic check the car.
It probably means he is stalking you. Be careful....!
If it was overheating at the time, you cracked the block.
It means don't buy that car! Look for a better one that actually runs. The block is the main component of the engine/motor. All the components that make up a working engine are built on the block. Think of it as the basement or foundation of a house.
it means you havent started you car, part of the motor-starter-block for anti theft.
you mean will it not squish under load? I would say so, it takes alot of force to squash a can (about 20kg+) and Im sure a block like this weighs alot less.
