Hyperpyrexia is extreme fever resulting in elevation of body temperature to level greater or equal to 41.1 °C (106 °F). Medical emergency, very often fatal.

Hypothermia, in contrast, means too low body temperature to maintain normal metabolism and body functions. "Normal" body temperature is rather individual quality, and thus you can't undoubtfully tell if someone is hypothermic just by measuring it.
