Informal research refers to gathering information through methods that are less structured and systematic than formal research. This can include activities like browsing online resources, conducting interviews, or observing behaviors. While informal research may lack the rigidity of formal methods, it can still provide valuable insights and is often used as a preliminary step before more rigorous investigation.
