Sperm (the actual little swimmers) make up only about 5% of ejaculate material (in a single ejaculation, there are 100-400 million sperm released!). Semen (the milky white substance visible to the naked eye) is made up of all kinds of other elements - frustose, cholesterol, vitamins, enzymes, minerals, and salts.
