Arteriosclerosis
Angina pectoris
If you didn't already answer your question inside of your question, it could be a heart attack. aka cardiac arrest. Cardiac arrest is simply the complete shutoff of the arteries to the heart so that the heart is essentially stuck and cannot pump any blood toward or away from itself. So the heart stops working, or arrests itself. Otherwise, things like infections or simply the heart having to strain itself to the point of causing pain in the chest can be caused by partially clogged arteries. The partially clogged arteries can be caused by any number of things. Fast food is commonly known as a plaque builder which can cause clogged arteries and chest pain.
coronary arteries
loss of flow of blood, constricted arteries

If you have palpitations of the heart it may be infection somewhere in your body or it could be clogged arteries, get checked.
The arteries that are located throughout your body are in the chest are and near the heart where the most important arteries lye, these arteries help digest the food and provide blood and oxygen in your body.

Chest tube clogging can lead to infection. The chest tube is there to remove fluid from around the lung. If the tube becomes clogged, the fluid builds up around the lung. This fluid can become infected, which is called an empyema. An empyema can require a major operation to remove the thick and infected material from around the lung. Chest tube are more frequently being left in for home care and the patient discharged from home. If the tube stops draining, it either means there is no more fluid to drain, or the tube is clogged. If the tube is clogged and the fluid accumulates, this is a set up for an infection related to a clogged tube.
atherosclerosis is a condition where plaque builds up in your arteries. This can narrow the artery, reducing blood flow and oxygen perfusion. In the case of the coronary system this reduced perfusion can lead to chest pain or a heart attack. this condition can be worsened if the plaque build up ruptured. the body will respond to this by building a clot around the area, further reducing blood flow and oxygen. worst case scenario this will lead to an acute myocardial (AMI) causing cell death to cardiac muscle.
The chest injury may cause blood, fluid and contaminants to pool inside the chest, and placing the injured side lower will minimize accumulation against the damaged lung, the heart and the major arteries.
For most arteries there are no symptoms of partial blockage. Partial blockage of a coronary artery may result in chest pain upon exertion.
This workout is done by a special machine that has 2 recoiling pads for both the arms. We have to flex the chest, meeting both the arms against resistance with resulting strain on the chest muscles.
