Both are entitled to stay until you go to court to settle it. Ask yourself can you pay the mortgage by yourself? And can the other party pay the mortgage by themselves? The one who can should stay in the home. If both can than court or mediation should be the only way to settle it..

There is no legal age. It depends on if how responsible a child is.
I do not think they can make you stay on birth control. That seems illeagal to me. I'm pretty sure it is your choice. If you are sexually active you should stay on the birth control. You live in a foster home so I know from experience that you've had it rough. It would be heart breaking for you to get pregnant. You have a great chance to make something of yourself please don't make the mistakes of haveing a baby to young.
