As for his weight, a past Time Magazine interview quotes him as follows:

His next movie is Martin Scorsese's The Gangs of New York, about the conscription riots in Manhattan in the 1860s, and DiCaprio has been forcing himself to bulk up for the part. At 5 ft. 11 in. and 175 lbs., he claims he can bench-press 205 lbs. "This is the biggest I've ever been," he says.

Normally, DiCaprio eats organic and changes his diet with movie roles. When not filming Leonardo eats a balanced diet. Thus, it can be assumed his normal weight is a slim 160-165 lbs.

180-200lbs. But I'm pretty sure he weighs more than 180lbs. I would say from 190-200 lbs. He's not skinny anymore. He seems to have a big belly now.
