On the Legend of Zelda who's links father?

In Twightlight Princess, the only clue to seeing Link's father EVER was given

When Link completes the optional quest in finding all the secret moves, his father and trainer, will say "Farewell... my son..."

However all Links are a direct descendant of other Links (with the exception of the Wind Waker Link, who had to earn his way into becoming Link, and the origional, the picori Link). Thusly, because Twighlight Princess was the direct sequel to the Majora's Mask, the best estimation of who teaches Link is the Link of Majora's Mask, and Ocarina of Time.

Link is the protagonist of the series, the character you play as, with the green tunic and incredibly fashionable hat. In most games of the series he rescues the Princess Zelda from the antagonist, Ganon.

Link is very quiet in a way you don't see him speck in the games. Link is in love with Zelda. He has a horse who's name is Epona his faithful companin in our story. He has blond hair and deep blue eyes. Zelda loves him too.

At the moment, Link is not dating anybody, however in an interveiw with Eiji Aonuma, Aonuma said that in Twilight Princess, Link and Zelda were getting into their teenage years, and that they (the 'zelda team') would love to see a relationship going between Link and Zelda.

Umm, actually. Link is just a hero, he wouldn't really have a Relationship with Zelda, or anybody. Maybe just friends, (on Twilight Princess, Link and Ilia are just friends, same as him and Zelda, and Midna)

On the next new Zelda game, there will be no Relationships for Link, because people would be saying "Hey, that's not the real Link, C'mon I mean, he's just a hero for god sakes, its only about 'A hero saving the world and a Princess, noting further.'"

Well if say in Zelda...... Zelda is more than likely the hero and Link(Green,pointy ears, elf) is probabaly a sidekick.. I love Zelda for one.
