Confidentiality is all about being confidential about personal information. You cant go spreading information around to your friends as you don't know that that's child's parent isn't standing right behind thinking I have a child called that and she goes to that school how do they know about MY child? It is very important and very hard but keep up the good work and you can be trusted.
