Power density refers to the amount of power per unit volume.
The relative density of a substance is defined as the ratio of density of any substance to the density of water at 4 degree celcius.Formula=Density of any substance/Density of water at 4 degree celcius.

Density= Mass/Volume However a cm is a length NOT a volume (volume is cubic cm) so your question as asked can not be answered. However if you meant 21 cubic centimeters, then the density would be 2.71 grams per cc.
Density = (mass) / (volume) = 27/10 = 2.7 gm/cm3 .
temp and pressure
Packing density... refers to the number of components 'packed' into a single micro-chip.

Energy density is the amount of power that can be stored ( in for example capacitance) to be then consumed over time, whereas power density is how much energy is consumed quickly like the energy stored in a capacitance can be consumed very quickly.
Not sure about desity. If you meant density, it is mass/volume.

Electron density is the measure of the probability of an electron being present at a specific location. In molecules, regions of electron density are usually found around the atom, and its bonds.
Like, Power Redundancy?
the average density is the total amount of matter in the universe, whereas the critical density is about 10 to the -26th power kg/m cubed (to the third power), the dividing point between a closed or open universe.... :)

The question cannot be answered because the units for density are not given.
