in teenagers the normal blood pressure is slightly more than the adult's normal blood pressure . The normal blood pressure in a 17 year old girl is 120/80.
The normal blood pressure for a 17 years old - female - is 120/80. (at resting)
A blood pressure reading of 112/64 mmHg would be about average but there are wide variations in blood pressure with younger people having lower readings than older adults.
117 over 69 you get this by multiplying your age by 2 and adding 83 = systolic
for diastolic(bottom number) you add 52 = diastolic. These formulas are used for 8-18 yrs. of age.
(1) 100/80 (2)110/80
120/80mmHg
120/80
There are numerous websites that detail a variety of healthy blood pressure ranges throughout the years of a female's life. The range that is generally considered healthy is a systolic pressure of around 120 or lower and a diastolic pressure of 80 or less with the minimum range being around 110 and 70, respectively.
The blood pressure for children 5-13 is 90 that is the best blood pressure if its higher than that consult a physician
110/80
The normal blood pressure for a sixty-seven year old female is about 120 over 80. This can increase slightly as a person ages, but should remain close to that range.
The ideal blood pressure for 40 year old males varies according to activity level. Doctors recommend that blood pressure be lower than 120/80 at almost any age.
Normal blood pressure for any adult is less then 120/80. Hypertension is any blood pressure over 140/90. Hypertension is not diagnosed with a single reading, however, as the diagnosis of hypertension is dependent on a persistence of high blood pressure. For this reason, hypertension is only diagnosed and treated if the blood pressure is elevated over 140/90 on three separate readings on three separate days.
I found an interesting article on child's blood pressure. Blood pressure will change as the child grows, height and weight are a determining factor of blood pressure for children. The link is posted below.
The 68 is good. 131 is a little higher than ideal- 120 is the usual goal.
There are two number involved in blood pressure--the ideal top number (systolic pressure) should be less than 120 and the ideal lower number should be (diastolic pressure) should be less than 80. So the ideal pressure should be 120/70 or so. You have "pre-hypertension" or borderline high blood pressure if the top number is consistently 120 to 139 or the bottom number reads 80 to 89. You have hypertension or high blood pressure if the top number is consistently 160 or over or the bottom number reads 100 or over. You have low blood pressure (not a good thing either!) if the top number reading is lower than 90 or the pressure is 25 mmHg lower than usual. I suggest you check out the links recommended by the National Library of Medicine website, MedlinePlus (http://medlineplus.gov). This site has links that explains high blood pressure http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/highbloodpressure.html. This site has links that explain low blood pressure http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/lowbloodpressure.html These ideal numbers remain "ideal" whatever your age or whether you are male or female. So, the normal "good" or "ideal" blood pressure should be around 120/70 or 120/80.

The ideal numbers for a healthy blood pressure reading are less than 120. Anything above 120 is considered high blood pressure and one should immediately see a doctor.
