It depends what you'll be doing....
If you're going to go to a fancy dinner, the mall, swimming, ETC before/after the sleepover, then you'll need to come prepared with that.
I'm going to a sleepover (quite coincidentally) today, this is what I brought.
# Pyjamas. (It depends what kind for who your host is, the night of the sleepover- don't wear your silk one-piece if your sleeping over at your grandma's.....A shirt-baggy or not, and a set of pyjama pants works best for any audience) # Deodorant. # An outfit for the following day/days (which includes underwear, socks and maybe even Bras-always bring an extra pair of socks and underwear...just in case. # Camera # Battery, charger for your camera # Phone # Phone Charger # Makeup # Toiletries (Shampoo, Condtioner etc- Walmart and other drugstores have a pretty good selection of little mini bottles of most brand name Shampoo's and Condtioners and deodorant and Lotions (they cost like $1-$2 each, and are perfect for sleepovers) # Bring anything that the host asks you to bring # If sleeping on the floor (or in a tent), bring a sleeping bag, a pillow, extra blanket if you need one. # Make sure to be open to whatever the host is having for dinner/breakfast/lunch. # Always remember proper etiquette when at someone else's house. (Thank you's, Please..)
# Remember to say thank you at the end of the sleepover (when you're about to picked up) # Don't be too noisy, or that can really tick off sleep-deprived parents... That's it! There are millions of sleepover lists online, so if you look, you can add more to mine, or add less just remember that you don't have to use everything you bring for a sleepover (although you can), but that you can't use anyting that you havent brought either! (so bringing more can have its advantages...and disadvantages)

How do you have a memorable sleepover?
From my experience, the best way to have a memorable sleepover, is to not plan it too much. Memories are made when something funny happens or something really different happens. If you plan it right down to the very last detail, it'll feel more like an itinerary or a TO DO list, than a spontaneous sleepover. However you should still plan some stuff to do in your head, and think how each person will react at the sleepover (you dont want to force anyone to do something they dont want to). Bring cameras, and nail polish and other things that you know that you and your friends like doing, so you can have fun doing it together. Do silly dares (not mean or truly embarrassing ones) and stay up all night! Have fun!

If your talking about what is a list of things to take to a sleepover normally just toothbrush, toothpaste, pj's, Clothes for the morning, a sleeping bag, but if it is just you and another friend a lot of times you don't need one but if it is a huge party definitly yes, you could bring movies, games, board games and things like that too If your talking about what you need to host a sleepover You need snacks, junk food, games incase people get bored, a couple of movies, if it is younger girls have makeup and hair supplies available for makovers but a lot of times they will just entertain themselves tip: be prepared for them to stay up for a while some go to sleep at 2 some go to sleep at 6
