P0128 means that the engine is not getting up to proper operating temperature. Basically means it is running too cool. It could mean that the thermostat is stuck in the open position, and sometimes (through research) it could even mean that the coolant level is too low. It is OK to drive, but it might run a little rough at times, and it should be checked out fairly soon.
